Genomics-driven analysis of the wheat/Fusarium pathosystem for healthy food and feed product development (FusResist)

Aim of the project is the application of genome based and proteomic methods for (1) the selection for resistance against Fusarium in the ears and for reduced production of mycotoxins, (2) clarification/studies/ understanding of the host-pathogen-interaction wheat/fusarium, (3) population and association genetic studies on fusarium graminearum isolates.
